The BONNIE SCOTLAND daybill on the left was clearly printed for the original release in Australia. The Laurel and Hardy classic was released in 1935 and daybills printed prior to c.1941 measured approx 15" x 40", commonly referred to as long daybills. The daybill on the right was printed for a 1950s re release measuring 13" x 30" and this is a rare example of the printers actually noting that the poster is a reissue – "MGM re-presents". Both daybills are exceptionally rare.
