A very rare First Printing copy of the First Edition (stating "First Published 1964" - the second printing states "March 1964" but is often passed off as a First Edition) in very good condition with slight signs of rubbing and no foxing. The dust-jacket is price clipped and is unfaded with crisp colors, with small tears at top and bottom of the spine and edges and a phone number written on inside leaf.
