EXCEPTIONALLY RARE Original hand litho Australian daybill 13" x 30" folded as issued poor – fair condition, edge and fold wear, paper loss (see scan). The foldlines have been reinforced with archival tape on the back.
 
This poster comes from a collection of movie posters recently discovered in an old shed on a farm in country Victoria. The posters range from 1930s – 1960s and cover a wide range of genres and styles. Condition varies on the posters as they were not stored with care but linen backing would address any issues that they may have.

C-Man is a 1949 American quasi-semidocumentary crime film noir directed by Joseph Lerner featuring Dean Jagger, John Carradine, Lottie Elwen and Rene Paul. Gail Kubik based his Pulitzer Prize winning Symphony Concertante on his score for C-Man.
