Original Australian hand litho long daybill approximately 15" x 40" , folded as issued, good – very good condition, edge tears and chips, part of the top white border has been trimmed off but the artwork is all intact, small pieces of tape reinforcing the back borders (see enlarged photo for conditon).
 
"Long" daybills were produced in Australia until 1941 when they were replaced by the more familiar smaller format.

The Light That Failed is a 1939 drama film based on Rudyard Kipling's novel of the same name. It stars Ronald Colman as an artist who is going blind.
