EXCEPTIONALLY RARE ORIGINAL Australian daybill 13" x 30", very fine condition. This is the original 1951 hand litho poster for one of the classics of the 50s Sci Fi genre. The printer is W.E.SMITH and the poster last turned up at a major auction apporximately 12 months ago where the price realised was in excess of $2500.00. The 70s reissue for this title, where the artwork has been duplicated from the original, has sold for in excess of $300.00 but is much more common. This is a rare opportunity to pick up an original poster for one of the great Sci Fi titles at a fraction of the cost of US material.
