AN AMERICAN IN PARIS 1951 Gene Kelly RARE Movie poster - American in Paris, An (1951) to the music of George Gershwin Directed by Vincente Minnelli Stars: Gene Kelly, Leslie Caron, Oscar Levant, Georges Guetary, Nina Foch. Original Australian daybill 13" x 30" folded as issued very good - fine condition, the only slight flaw being a small insect hole to the left of the arm of the dancer (see scan). This item is one of a number of posters that come from my personal collection and are listed under the category "Classic vintage posters". All are very rare and you will not see these items turn up with other dealers. The artwork is often unique most are hand lithos.
